Our aim is to provide custom cut spokes and sundries at reasonable prices to both trade and the public.
We will aim to get orders dispatched on the same working day of receipt with free postage for public orders over £10.00 and trade orders upgraded to first class however, it is worth noting that we are not a distributor and although we aim to keep a wide range of products in stock on occasion we may need to buy in stock to fulfill orders from time to time. This is, of course dependent on our suppliers ability to deliver in a reasonable time frame.
When stock is an issue we will ensure that we contact our customers to keep them informed of progress and will offer replacements or refunds where appropriate.
